The Chelsea Hotel Beeyard

Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, The Chelsea Hotel hosts four honeybee hives on their rooftop. 

Cleverly named Wildflower Lodge, Honey Hub, Bee Club Lounge, and the Chelsea Sweet, the honey from these hives are put into little jars, which are given as gifts as well as displayed in their Market Garden restaurant for purchase.  

The honey is also used in some of their food and drink items at the hotel restaurants, Market Garden and Elm Street Bar and Lounge.
